Supervise the production operations team in a specialized oilfield chemicals plant, mainly based on Propylene Oxide (PO) and Ethylene Oxide (EO), working in batches. • • Ensure compliance with HSE (Intelex), Quality Programs (Starlims) and PTW process. Ensure product quality and safety, organize safety meetings, innovate and monitor toolkit, utilize knowledge of QC analysis. • • Create MOC's, develop SOP, TSR, RSO, P&ID, KPIs and describe process flow. Lead and successfully complete activities: Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, contribute effectively to project phase support and contractor supervision, negotiate with suppliers, ensure operational readiness. • Control documentation, develop prosedures and policies, contribute to successful quality audit and ISO-9001 certification. • • Lead and complete PSSR, FAT, SAT and DCS OTC activities • Create training materials, ensure operational team readiness and training. Calculating payment returns and dealing with SAP (Inventory and Production), performing required calculations, and troubleshooting process issues through data analysis. • Preparing reports and forming teams to address deviations in process and product quality, providing routine and non-routine reports, dealing with Maximo system and ensuring completion of maintenance operations in project management and production management. • Solving complex problems, using root cause analysis strategy, forecasting production, multitasking in a fast-changing environment, and utilizing strong analytical skills and adaptability to ensure smooth operations.

Perform routine mechanical maintenance procedures on RO desalination plants, focusing on pumps, valves, motors and other mechanical components to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Inspect machinery, equipment and systems within RO desalination plants, and troubleshoot. • Implement preventive maintenance measures, such as lubrication, cleaning and component replacement. • Ensure that all mechanical maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and report any deviations or problems to relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities, and provide technical support. • Contribute to the reliability and overall performance of RO desalination plants and RO systems

Perform periodic maintenance and repair of combined cycle Power Plant (PP-9) equipment to ensure optimum safety standards. • • Perform periodic repair of gas and steam turbines and their accessories. Repair all types of pumps, valves, gearboxes, electric motors, generators, gas valves and turbine blades in the central workshop and install them on site during operation. • Cooperate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems and maximize productivity. • Identify necessary spare parts, order them, ensure their availability in stock and install them correctly to avoid waste.
