Have over several years’ experience in inspection field as NDT technician and QC/QA Officer with the last several years being spent as a Field Operator, at this moment I am being an operation maintenance coordinator. I am NDT ASNT level II certified and hold an OSHA certificate, last but not least I have excellent project management knowledge through several courses and certificates I have completed (PMP and ICPM).

Provide support and inputs necessary for safe and reliable run and maintain the area units in order to meet planned production • Coordinate the daily routine activities related to maintenance • Coordinate and track the activities related to units shutdown , start up, maintenance work open notification and turn around planning • Develop, review, update and track operating procedures, check list, guidelines • Participate in HAZOP and PHA study • Ensures operations and maintenance guidelines remain aligned with EHSS requirements • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities within policies and procedures • Enforce compliance of all contractors and visitors with EHSS procedures • Track open maintenance notification • Inputs into shutdown, start up and turnaround planning • Coordinate and preparation for turnaround activity • Participate in risk assessment for scheduled maintenance activities with the operation superintendent to analyze the risk and the precaution required prior the work exaction • Initiate all precaution in the work permit • Coordinate with shift supervisor for timely completion of maintenance (PM) activities ensure compliance to maintenance KPIs • Ensure PM of equipment's are done within target date as per SAP • Review mitigation plan and assure implementation • Raise, Participate, Handle, Track MOC and associated Process, Work & Documentation's
The company field's to provide fire fighting system and security systems to many projects in Saudi • Arabia • Responsibility of QC officer is to do all inspection activities such as like inspect new materials arrived from suppliers, inspect damaged material in field, contact with suppliers for ordering new materials needed for our projects and filing all documents to keep it as reference.
